Chip Casteel

Chip oversees the RCGA's government relations activity in Missouri, Illinois, and Washington, as well as our Infrastructure and Energy & Environment activities. Chip also supports Forward Metro St. Louis, a strategic initiative comprised of the RCGA, Civic Progress, Regional Business Council, Partners for Progress of Greater St. Charles, and Leadership Council Southwestern Illinois.
Prior to joining the RCGA in 2007, Chip was a Senior Vice President for Supply Chain Management at Express Scripts, Inc., leading a group of 100 professionals in managing the company's overall business relationships with its primary suppliers. He also had a 17-year career in senior legislative, regulatory and governmental affairs with MCI Communications Corp., both in St. Louis and in Washington, D.C., including heading state public policy and government affairs nationally for MCI. Prior to that he served as legal and legislative counsel to Missouri Governor Christopher "Kit" Bond.
Chip received both his Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Eric Schneider

Eric directs the activities of the St. Louis Climate Prosperity Project, which seeks to evolve the bi-state metropolitan region to a "Green Belt" economy by cultivating green savings, green opportunities and green talent. He manages the RCGA's St. Louis Green Business Challenge, helping more than 50 area employers implement sustainable and cost-saving business practices each year. Eric also leads research on the region's green economy and workforce opportunities, working with regional Workforce Investment Boards on the Green Labor Market Information Project. Additionally, Eric coordinates and guides the activities of the RCGA's Energy and Environmental Council.
Prior to joining the RCGA in 2001, Eric worked as a planning analyst for health care systems in St. Louis and Minneapolis, as well as a sports reports and agate clerk for The Washington Post.
Eric received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Grinnell College in Iowa, and his Master's degree in Planning from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.

Christine Page

Christine leads the development of the RCGA's annual Legislative Agenda, tracking and advocating for key policy issues throughout the year. She provides professional staff support for the RCGA's Public Policy Council and Illinois Public Affairs Committee, and is responsible for planning government affairs events including RCGA's Legislative Days and legislative breakfasts, Lewis & Clark Statesman Awards, and the Public Policy Speakers Series. She also coordinates RCGA's work with a number of organizations, including the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Missouri Biotechnology Association, the Missouri Growth Association, and the Partnership for Downtown St. Louis. Christine also manages the RCGA's state Political Action Committees in Missouri and Illinois.
Prior to joining the RCGA in 2007, Christine worked for the Missouri Republican Party's Get Out the Vote effort in 2006 as a Field Marshal in mid-Missouri. She also interned for Jack Oliver at his lobbying firm Bryan Cave Strategies in Washington, D.C. and with then-Missouri Rep. Jane Cunningham in Jefferson City.
Christine received her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and received her Master's degree in Political Management from George Washington University.

Sherri Bailey

Sherri provides administrative support for a wide variety of department meetings and events, including RCGA's Legislative Days, Lewis & Clark Statesman Awards, Public Policy Speakers Series, and regular Public Policy Council and Illinois Public Affairs Committee meetings, as well as the RCGA's Climate Prosperity Project and Green Business Challenge. She handles all the administrative matters that are necessary to keep the department running smoothly and efficiently, including management of invoices and event registration.
